Service Contract Maintenance Ensuring your Kontek system operates as designed is our primary concern, and commitment to all of our customers.  For this reason, we provide complete customer training - both when we initially implement a system and on an ongoing basis. Kontek Service Representatives perform periodic waste treatment system audits, water sampling, analysis, and provide recommendations for improving system performance. Each service call includes the following: Electro-Mechanical Inspections: pH and ORP probe cleaning pH and ORP meter calibration Confirmation of all pH and ORP set points Check filter press performance Confirm all level controller function Alarm set points and corresponding corrective actions Check all diaphragm and metering pumps for flow and pressure performance Check all air mixers for proper operation and air line lubrication Check and tighten electrical connections in the System Control Panel Inspect all piping and valve connections for leaks or damage (existing and potential) Process Inspection:  Review and update operating procedures Perform analyses of the waste stream entering and exiting the Waste Treatment System Review chemical consumption patterns Recommendations:  To improve effluent quality, minimize chemical consumption, and optimize solids/sludge removal efficiency For operator training
