Kontek System Qualification, Detailed Proposal & Benefits Analysis

 

Selection of a particular technology is a dilemma faced each day by end users. In order to simplify the choices available, Kontek performs a myriad of tests prior to recommending a specific technology.

Pilot testing equipment is available from Kontek, and includes:

  • Treatability studies - conventional precipitation and dissolved air floatation systems
     
  • Membrane projections, and corresponding reject streams
     
  • Resin qualification, projected effluent analysis, and regeneration volumes
     
  • 24 hour sampling, and composite analysis
     

For existing systems, and as part of our Service Contract Maintenance, testing includes:

  • influent analysis, for expected cations and anions
     
  • effluent analysis, for expected cations and anions
     
  • BOD/COD
     
  • oils and greases
     
  • 24 hour sampling, and composite analysis

 

When testing is complete, and sufficient information is collected, a Detailed Proposal & Benefits Analysis is provided.  This way our clients feel comfortable moving forward with a plan designed for return on investment.
